Do you offer free shipping?
The Jewel Parlor offers free standard shipping on all domestic US orders over $99. Standard shipping takes 5 to 7 business days to be delivered once your order is processed and shipped. International orders require on average 6 to 10 business days to receive.
When will my order be shipped?
The team at The Jewel Parlor works hard to ensure reasonable processing times for all orders. A large selection of our pieces will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours of your order. Customized pieces and personalized items may take 3 to 6 weeks to process. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to acts of God that are out of our control, such as: severe weather conditions, national emergencies, or any other extraordinary circumstance that causes unforeseen interference with carrier routes. From where and to where do you ship?
The Jewel Parlor ships internationally, all around the world from our fulfillment center based in the United States. Customers are responsible for the payment of all fees, taxes, and duties related to shipments to destinations outside of the United States. If a shipment is lost, abandoned, or you refuse a shipment due to the local taxes/duties not being paid, we cannot issue you a refund for your order. The Jewel Parlor is not responsible for any delays caused by customs verification or clearance.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, we offer many options to upgrade your shipping to receive your order faster. At checkout, choose the delivery option you would prefer for your eligible country. All upgraded shipping options are associated with an additional cost.
Exchange & Return Policies
Due to concerns with health and hygiene as well as the safety of our customers and staff, The Jewel Parlor has a strict policy of no returns or exchanges on all purchases.
All purchases are final sale.
Every order undergoes multiple quality control checks before being shipped to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist you.

Refunds & Store Credit
In the rare instance where the return of a defective or damaged item is needed, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of confirmed delivery. The item will need to be shipped back to us at your cost for inspection within 5 business days. Once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, all returns or exchanges must be mailed using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. Notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number of your return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
