Repairs & ReplacementsΒ 

If your purchased item is in need of repair, please contact us at support@thejewelparlor.

The item will need to be shipped back to us at your cost for inspection within 5 business days of the initial emailed request. OnceΒ the item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you if the piece can be repaired or will need to be replaced and the associated cost.Β You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Repair Costs
  • $15 or 15% of retail price (whichever is greater)
Replacement Costs
  • up to 15 days after delivery:Β 20% of retail price
  • up to 30 days after delivery:Β 35% of retail price
  • up to 60Β days after delivery:Β 50% of retail price
  • up to 90Β days after delivery:Β 65% of retail price

The item must be mailed using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. We can create an invoice for you for prepaid labels to the return and shipment of the repaired or replaced item. Notify us by email at support@thejewelparlor.com once you have shipped the item for repair.Β 

Exchange & Return Policies

Due to concerns with health and hygiene as well as the safety of our customers and staff, The Jewel Parlor has a strict policy ofΒ no returns or exchanges on all purchases.Β 

All purchases are final sale.Β 

Every order undergoes multiple quality control checks before being shipped to our customers.Β In the unlikely event that you receive a wrongΒ orΒ defective product, please contact us atΒ support@thejewelparlor.com and we will be happy to assist you.

We highly recommend contacting us prior to placing an order if you have any questions or doubts. We are happy toΒ clarify any issues or address any concerns you may have.


Refunds & Store CreditΒ 

In the rare instance where the return of a defective or damaged item is needed, please contact us at support@thejewelparlor.com withinΒ 72Β hours of confirmed delivery. The item will need to be shipped back to us at your cost for inspection within 5 business days. Once it is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.Β 
If you are approved, then your refund will be issued as store credit in the form of a gift card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a refund, all returns or exchanges must be mailedΒ using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance. Notify us by email at support@thejewelparlor.com with the tracking number of your return. We are not responsibleΒ for lost or misdirected packages.
