Order Cancellations or Amendments

CANCELLATIONS

After completing a purchase, customers have up to 12 hours after the time of the transaction to request a cancellation. If you would like to request a cancellation, please contact The Jewel Parlor directly via email at support@thejewelparlor.com and include you order number in the subject line.

AMENDMENTS

If there is a change you wish to make to an order that has already been placed (perhaps a different size ring or an additional item), customers have up until before the order ships to request a change. Contact The Jewel Parlor at support@thejewelparlor.com to submit your request and include your order number in the subject line.

Please note that order amendments apply to only substitutions (different size/color/length) or additions (e.g. two bracelets instead of one, adding another necklace, etc). Removing an item from an order would fall under the category of a cancellation; please see above.

Additionally, please be mindful that when requesting an amendment, this may increase the processing time and delay shipment and delivery of your purchase.

Once an order has been marked as shipped, there are no cancellations or amendments permitted.
